Job Modeling Steps
- You identify the job(s) to be modeled
- We jointly arrange a time for the on-line meeting

- You determine who knows the most about the job
- you, and/or other supervisors
- your HR person
- job holders themselves
- someone from the outside
- You click on the PayPal link and make payment
- You download the Go-to-Meeting link we send
- You have participants meet together or at their own computers — either way. Each person signs in.
- We will give an overview of the modeling process using our “10-Minute Teach”
- Our facilitator will ask questions in a prescribed order to defining the job
- You and the team will answer the questions we pose. We help get consensus.
- We will enter your answers on-line: you’ll see the job model shaping up before your eyes
- We electronically send you the finished job model and instructions on any follow-up, if any
- You receive the Guide To Using Job Models in Your Company
