Basic Job Modeling Plan – $200 per Job Model
We arrange a Go-To-Meeting with you (Owner, Manager or HR representative) and one to three existing job holders, and together in:
- 10 minutes: You orient us to job requirements
- 10 minutes: We present The Language of Work™ “10-Minute Teach”
- 2 ½ hours: We facilitate definition and graphic layout of job in terms of Outputs, Inputs, Conditions, Consequences, Process Steps, and Feedback
- 10 minutes: Finalize job model
- At the end of the session we immediately email you the electronic version of the job model and provide guidance in any follow-up
Job Model with Skills & Knowledge Specified – $300 per Job Model
- Basic Job Modeling Plan (as described above)
- 60 minutes: Identify Skills and Knowledge – Additional $100
Making Arrangements For a Job Modeling Session
Instructions:
- Check the Session Calendar for available session times.
- Complete the Schedule a Job Modeling Session form, including session date options available.
- You will receive a copy of the email form, and then confirmation from Job-Modeling.com for date and time you have requested.
- Arrange payment via PayPal as instructed prior to modeling session date.
- Job-Modeling.com will send your participants a Go-To-Meeting Invitation to email addresses you have provided.
- Remind the participants of the session at least two days before the scheduled date.
- Note: Session may not be canceled the day of the scheduled session. If cancelled, session will be reimbursed at half of the session cost.
- Complete the Job Modeling Session.
